More Info on This Book: Danville
Previously called “New Eden,” Danville was created in the early 1800s as the county seat of Hendricks County and has since remained the cultural, governmental and agricultural hub of the county.
In over 200 vintage photographs, local author Jeffrey K. Baldwin brings readers on a nostalgic journey down memory lane.
Baldwin hopes his book will “remind long-term Danville residents of the rich heritage that they share, as well as bring knowledge of Danville’s unique past to the new visitors, interested persons and people who choose to make Hendricks County their new home.”
