Here at Arcadia, we're dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. We've listed some of the most common questions about our shipping process below. How much will it cost to ship my order?


We ship our orders using USPS for Economy shipping, and UPS for Ground and Second Day Air shipping. The base pricing for our different levels of shipping are:

Economy 7-14 days [USPS]: $3.00
Ground 3-7 days [UPS]: $5.00
Second Day Air 2-4 days [UPS]: $13.00

All Ground and Second Day Air orders are transported and delivered by UPS. The price of shipping increases as the number of items ordered is increased.

 

When will my order ship?


Due to COVID safety and health precautions, we are experiencing a slight fulfillment delay. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our warehouse workers safe and healthy.  Our warehouse will do their best to ship all orders within 48 hours of being placed. However, orders may be delayed by major promotions, the holidays, or if they are marked as backordered. Backordered books are printed on-demand, and may take up to one week or more to ship.


 

When will my order be delivered?


Once processed and shipped, orders will take anywhere from 2-14 business days to be delivered, depending on which shipping method you choose with your order. Our delivery windows are:

 

Economy: 7-14 business days
Ground: 3-5 business days
Second Day Air: 2 business days

 

Important: We strongly recommend opting for UPS Ground shipping to get your books in time, as the delivery of orders using Economy shipping has been delayed recently due to labor shortages.

 

We try our very best to ensure all orders are delivered on time. In the event that a package we ship is not delivered on time, we have several options that can assist you:

 

If a package we shipped from your order via Economy 7-14 days is not delivered on time, we ask that you wait seven days after the expected delivery date before contacting us about your package missing its delivery promise. At this point, we can offer you a full refund for your order. If you would prefer that we reship your order instead, we ask that you wait thirty days after your package's last scan before contacting us about your lost package.

 

If we shipped your package via Ground 3-7 days and it is not delivered on time, please contact us two days after the package missed its expected delivery date listed on UPS.com. If we shipped your package via Ground 3-7 days and it is not delivered on time, please contact us one day after the package missed its expected delivery date listed on UPS.com.


Can you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Box?


Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS Economy shipping. However, Ground and Second Day Air orders cannot be be shipped to PO Boxes. Please note that you will need to enter a separate billing address if your PO Box is not the address for your payment method. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to military APO/DPO/FPO Boxes.

 

Will you ship books outside of the United States?


Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to ship to the contiguous U.S., meaning we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawai'i, or internationally. However, our books are also available for purchase and international delivery on Amazon.

 

I've received my order, but there's a problem with it. How do I return it?

Are all books eligible for sitewide sale discounts?


All books, except those that were published in the past 60-days, those not yet published, and select titles, are eligible for our sitewide sale discounts.
