How much will it cost to ship my order?

We ship our orders using UPS for Ground and Second Day Air. The base pricing for our different levels of shipping are:

Ground (3-7 Days): $5.00
Express (2-4 Days): $13.00

All Ground and Second Day Air orders are transported and delivered by UPS. The price of shipping increases as the number of items ordered is increased.


When will my order ship?

Our warehouse will do their best to ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed. However, orders may be delayed by major promotions, the holidays, or if they are marked as backordered. Backordered books are printed on-demand, and may take up to one week to ship.


When will my order be delivered?

Once processed and shipped, orders will take anywhere from 2-7 business days to be delivered, depending on which shipping method you choose with your order. Our delivery windows are:

Ground: 3-5 business days
Second Day Air: 2 business days

Please note that packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. While our warehouse does their best to ship all Second Day Air orders within 24-48 hours, this is sometimes not possible due to high volume or unforseen circumstances. If you have problems with your Second Day Air order, please contact our customer service department at (844) 882-1651.

Can you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using Economy. However, Ground and Second Day Air orders cannot be be shipped to PO Boxes. Please note that you will need to enter a separate billing address if your PO Box is not the address for your payment method. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to military APO/FPO Boxes.


Will you ship books outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to ship to the contiguous U.S., meaning we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawai'i, or internationally. However, our books are also available for purchase and international delivery on Amazon.


I've received my order, but there's a problem with it. How do I return it?

Are all books eligible for sitewide sale discounts?

All books, except those that were published in the past 60-days, those not yet published, and select titles, are eligible for our sitewide sale discounts.
