I read a library copy of this book. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered two copies, one for each of my sisters. The books arrived timely & in excellent condition. The book is one woman’s experience as a very wealthy woman during America’s gilded age. It makes the Downton Abbey crowd look like poor cousins. The book is written in an easy to read manner. Not a boring history book.
