Write a book about why Russell had that first winless season... it wasn't the hard training players who quit's fault. It was his.. and lots of people know that too. But certain people just don't want to acknowledge that.. because they want those people made out as the bad guys... we all make mistakes. And he made some huge ones when he first came in there. THAT'S what caused players to quit. And his best players too.. the ones he had standing on the sidelines instead of playing in the game, just so he could play the sons of directors and people he was trying to buddy up with in the community. that's the truth... and Russell knew it too, because the players made it very clear that's why they all quit... that's exactly why he went 0-10 his first season.. it was his fault. Not those boy's fault.
