Since I was a child, I have always loved the legend of sleepy Hollow! I’ve attended events through the historic Hudson Valley, and I can say without a doubt, my favorite reading of it has been by Jonathan Kruk! He brings the story to life and in these books, I am enjoying all the other legends associated with it! It’s a wonderful book and I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys this wonderful historical ghost story and the lovely surrounding background!

I recently saw a performance by Mr. Jonathan Kruk dressed in his 16th century garb and tri-corner hat with feather. He is a captivating storyteller who expanded my horizon to another beautiful area to the south of the Catskills, as he spun tales of life in the Hudson Valley and it's surrounding Highlands.
He took me back in time to the events and people who fought in our American Revolution. After his incredible story, he offered some books to allow us to go into deeper detail of many of his tales and more.
His book, LEGENDS AND LORE OF THE HUDSON HIGHLANDS is a wonderful book that captures the essence and magic of the Hudson Highlands. If you love American History and love exploring the Hudson Valley of New York, you will love this book.
