Being raised in EC, specifically the Harbor and reading it's history gives me hope that the future of the city will be positive.

really enjoyed this book. It was an easy, short read that captures the history of Northwest Indiana — a place close to my heart, where I grew up and where my dad, grandparents, and other family members worked in the steel mills. It brought back so many great memories, and I truly appreciate that someone took the time to write about what I consider a hidden gem.
