I discovered that I had Paw Paws growing on my property a few years ago and I had no idea what they were - or even edible. Seeing that Paw Paw recipes are hard to find I was excited to find this little cookbook. The deer got most of the Paw Paws this year but next year they will have to share with me so I can try out some of the recipes in this book.
